- MMmonicaJan 16, 20261.0After multiple emails and phone calls where no one answers , no one picks ups , which for a business is extremely unprofessional and rude , I know business are busy but a customer is what makes your business up and running , I’ve emailed and called to check about the opening of my pool , and no answer if you can’t open my pool up or do it then be nice enough to say I am sorry we are unavailable. Very unprofessional, still reach out to the customer and let them know . That’s how a business should run on a professional level and reach out to customers ! I wouldn’t recommended aj pools , horrible customer service and communication! And business need great customer service and communication to make it ! maybe they pick and choose who they want to service !
