The staff at Extraspace on Bristol Pike (by the big Wawa & turnpike) is phenomenal! When I first rented my unit, Duane, who the manager then was very welcoming and accommodating. When he left, he was replaced by Dana, who has far exceeded my expectations of customer service. Dana is always available and very supportive when I have issues. I needed to have some packages delivered there because they were heavy and I needed them to go to my storage and she received the packages and calls me when they are ready for me to pick up. Also, the cleanliness of the facility is top-notch! Dana, and whoever fills in for her when she is off, is always on site, making sure things are in order and that the place is spotless. I love Extraspace!
