  aptive’s service technicians are always very knowledgeable and courteous. I have had several issues since working with them and they have always had a solution that worked as expected.

  Not so sure the treatments are working around our house. Don’t see much of a difference. If you are at our house and the screen door showing our dog is plainly in sight and the main door is open we are home. My husband works from home too. But if you need to get into the back my back yard either ring the doorbell or call. A lot of the times we don’t see the text because we are on other work call. Use common sense! When does our contract expire? Unsure if I’ll refer your company or renew. I’d like a copy of our contract and how long in advance do we need to give notice?

  I can’t praise Aptive enough for how they care and protect my home with their treatment program. It has been so effective that now my home can’t be without their service plan. From start to finish, Aptive provides exceptional service by each of their technicians.. They communicate in advance to let me know when they will be arriving to my home and once they arrive, I am kept in the loop through text and photos during the entire evaluation and treatment process. My technicians have been extremely courteous, knowledgeable and professional, their program and products used have been outstanding. Thank you, Aptive, for all you do to keep our home free from unwanted insects and unwanted little critters that appear outside making their home in our landscape. Aptive has my home covered year-round. Thank you so much, Aptive, I highly recommend your company. You are the real deal!

  I originally hired them because my parents use them, so I was really highly encouraged to be able to find a trusting service. However, when I first called the Pest Control out, they were not able to identify the type of bug that we had and said to proceed with service anyways on the second visit, they were still not able to determine the type of bug that we had and then on the third visit, they finally determined what type of bug it was and then they told me that I should upgrade my plan to be able to deal with the bug turns out after reading the invoice and looking things up their formula doesn’t help with the bug that we’re having an issue with so I have no idea why they lied in upon calling in and talking to a manager. They didn’t say that they could refund me instead they credited and lowered my monthly fee by $10 not addressing why the technician did not tell the truth and why they were not able to identify a book 3 times and then on top of things they don’t do work in your walls. They only do baseboard treatments so none of this would officially help us. I’m just very off putt by the lies that I was told and why they didn’t refund or figure out what to do-instead it’s “just live with it and sorry”
