Made sure even though he went over everything with my father in law, that I as the homeowner was in the loop. Went over everything again with me. Had Clay came out same day for the first treatment on the home. Clay was great. Work quick and efficient. Explained everything he did and what he couldn’t and gave options and solutions on the spot. Overall great experience and first impression. Look forward to working with them helping deal with natures little critters.
