Chris came out the next day after i inqukred when a rep was scheduled to come out. I had some questions or concerned i mentioned that o needed to ask. The 1st thing he asked me was if i had any questions or concerned. He addressed them all, and even went as far as calling into the office to clarify and get advice on a matter from hos superiors. I thought that his action wasoutstanding. Chris was a straight talker and felt he was being honest and truthful. I will ask for him again.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company.
A sales representative approached me while I was mowing my lawn and spent roughly 45 minutes trying to sell me pest control services. The interaction felt extremely high-pressure. The representative appeared unprofessional, smelled like marijuana, and would not take no for an answer. His final sales tactic was offering to Venmo me $50 if I signed up and "tried the service," assuring me that I could cancel anytime if I wasn't satisfied. I eventually provided my card information largely because I wanted the interaction to end.
To be fair, the actual pest control technicians who came to my home were courteous and professional. Unfortunately, that was the only positive part of my experience.
When I decided to cancel, I was told by the technicians that they could not assist and that I would need to contact a separate customer service department. I attempted multiple times to reach customer service, but repeatedly encountered long hold times, runarounds, and no meaningful assistance. Frustrated by the lack of response, I cancelled the card being charged.
Despite this, the company continued showing up and performing services after I had clearly indicated I wanted to cancel. I repeatedly told them to stop coming to my property since I was no longer paying for the service. Months later, I received a notice stating that my account was being sent to collections.
From the aggressive sales tactics to the cancellation difficulties and collection threats, this entire experience felt deceptive and unprofessional. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and would strongly caution others to carefully review any agreement before signing up with this company.

Why am I still seeing pests after my first treatment?
If you are seeing pests right after your treatment, odds are you are witnessing them flee your property, which typically means the treatment is effective. If after a week you are still seeing pests, give us a call and our service professional will gladly return to treat your home at no additional cost.
How much does professional pest control cost?
Our professional pest control plans start as low as $49 to $55 per month for our Basic plan, depending on your location. We offer three primary tiers—Basic, Pro, and Premium—designed to fit different levels of protection needs and budgets.
Do you offer same-day pest control services?
Yes, depending on current technician availability. If you call before noon, we can often provide same-day service for urgent pest issues.
How soon can a technician come out for an emergency?
We strive for 24 to 48-hour response times. For emergencies like a yellow jacket nest or indoor roach sightings, we prioritize your call in our daily schedule.
Do you spray both the inside and outside of the house?
Yes, standard service covers both. We focus on the exterior to stop pests at the source and treat the interior (baseboards/under sinks) to eliminate any that have already entered.
What areas are included in a "perimeter" treatment?
A perimeter treatment covers 3 feet up the foundation and 3 feet out into the yard. We also treat windowsills, door frames, and eaves.
How do I get rid of an ant infestation in my kitchen?
To stop ants, we use "transferable" baits. Workers carry the bait back to the queen, killing the entire colony rather than just the ants you see on the counter.
What is the best treatment for German cockroaches?
German roaches require a combination of baiting, insect growth regulators (IGRs), and sanitation. They are resilient, so 2–3 follow-up visits are often required for total elimination.
Is pest control safe for children and infants?
Yes, we prioritize family-safe applications. By focusing on the exterior and using low-toxicity indoor treatments, we minimize exposure. We recommend keeping children out of treated areas for 30–60 minutes until dry.
What is your "Pest-Free Guarantee"?
Our guarantee means if the pests return between scheduled visits, we return for free. We stay until the problem is solved.
Do you offer free re-treatments?
Yes, all of our recurring plans include unlimited free re-treatments for covered pests.
Why am I still seeing bugs after my first service?
This is the "flush out" period. The treatment is driving pests out of their hiding spots. They will die off shortly after coming into contact with the product.
Why is the pest problem getting worse?
This usually happens with ants and roaches as they are attracted to our baits. This "surge" is a sign that the colony is actively feeding on the treatment.
How can I tell if a treatment was successful?
Success is measured by a steady decrease in sightings and finding dead insects rather than live ones.
Do you guarantee 100% elimination?
We guarantee to control and manage populations to the point where they do not infest your living space. No one can stop every single bug from ever entering, but we ensure they don't stay.
