  I strongly advise against using "Same Day Delivery" or any delivery service from the Bethel Park Lowe’s. My experience was a cascading series of failures and a complete lack of accountability. • Initial Delay: I ordered landscape stones for same-day delivery. They didn’t arrive until four days later. • Missing Product: When the order finally arrived, it was missing 15 stones. • Consequences: Because of these significant delays, my contractor quit the job, leaving me with a half-finished project. • Pickup/Return Issues: I scheduled a return pickup. The store scheduled it five days out, but on the day of the appointment, no one showed up. There was no phone call, no text, and zero communication. • Zero Accountability: Calling the corporate office was useless; they pushed the issue to the store, and the store blamed their third-party delivery service. No one is willing to take ownership of the customer experience. Bottom Line: If you are on a timeline for a home project, do not rely on this store for delivery. They do not value your time or your business.

  Huge Shout Out for the two guys in Lumber that helped me today. All I needed/wanted was a scrap piece of plywood to put under a fridge. They had a scrap and cut to size for me, then sent me on my way. MUCH APPRECIATED. Thanks from South Park Boxing Gym

  This store is bigger than the one on Carnegie and has more items available. The Google maps directions was wrong. It took me to the Cool Springs parking llot instead. If you have a pickup you need to check in on the kiosk.

  They make it really annoying to get a cc card. All thu ai , would be great when it works. Went to the store , they couldnt do it there. They tried it didnt work. Call customer service got somebody in a boiler room they couldnt help. Im going to go somewhere else see if they want my money. Then they give me a AI reply to my review

  Easily the worst lowes in the area, it's relatively well stocked but don't expect to get any level of service. Hard to find anyone in the departments and people on the front end are equally useless. I dont want to deal with this pro desk again either. And if you place an online order, hope they don't pull it from this store. Wasted several hours trying to find out why my online order wasn't delivered. Other parts of the order were sourced from different stores and they all showed up without issue. Ive had much better luck with West Mifflin, they actually answer their phone, people in the store are helpful and the pro desk is better as well.
