  I rented a very reasonably-priced 10"x10" storage unit from Mike from January through June of this year. The units and property are clean, modern and secure, and offer good protection from the elements. The units have raised concrete slabs to protect from rain water. I had my belongings stored there in snowy, rainy and hot weather- all my stuff was unaffected by these conditions. There wasn't even dust on my things after 6 months. Mike is very personable and goes out of his way to meet your needs and provide the best customer service. He answered all my concerns about how weather might affect my belongings, and even offered that if I felt the need for it, that there were other businesses locally who had temperature-controlled units. He's a real stand-up guy. If you are looking for a safe place in State College to store your belongings, I highly recommend Sullivan's Mini Storage.

  This place is phenomenal and so is the owner. My daughter researched them when she needed storage space and discovered this gem. Very clean ..great for PSU students and you don't have to worry about your items. Secured facility and you definitely want to give them a call if you ever in need of finding a great storage facility. Kudos Sullivan!!

  They have ignored my phone calls and my e-mail for over a month, I was told I would get a refund for overpayment but have seen nothing. I called and e-mailed to inquire but get no response. I have my leg in a cast and can't drive or I would go there, even though there is seldom anyone there. Maybe this will get their attention,
