  I always prefered Lowe's to Home Depot. Just fact. Hubby said Home Depot was set up for a man while Lowe's was more set up for a woman. I agreed and didn't give it much thought. I noticed a change these past few visits at this particular location. I noticed a subtle but obvious change. My husband was only semi-right. Lowe's is changing and creating a great shopping experience with lots of new items everywhere. Although men shop here, women or the wives want things too, especially for the home. Home, means and represents a family where we all have to work to enjoy nice things. If a boy needs a tool -great he can get that but he better come home with that new light I want, or maybe I want new wallpaper. Toliet, no problem-get me a make up mirror too or better lighting for the bathroom. It's the perfect one for me, one for you store. And they are definitely adding things, lots of shoppable items that I didn't realize they were missing and yes, it's geared toward women and I would not dream of a home Depot now-go yourself boys to the other store-I'm totally digging the new Lowe's format. I'll take the one for me experience anyday over exclusion that I'm paying for anyways-one way or another- it's our money - Lowe's gets this concept and I'm here for it! Give this store a chance ladies-they are adding lots of great "home" items that a boy would walk right by. Who know? 5 Stars St Lowe's! ⭐ love it!

  They are not very helpful, the staff is very unfriendly and not polite at all, other then the lady at the checkout she was very nice. Also heard employees standing there gossiping about previous costumers.

  Store seemed fine otherwise but don't bother with their delivery/installation. We're paying a lot for a washer/dryer as we just moved and the house did not come with a set. We purchased a laundry set on Saturday 6/6, firstly the sign advertised 1 day delivery which I understand cannot always be accurate but then our delivery was set for 6/10. We were never asked or given a way to contact so we called the store that morning making sure they knew we had a flight of stairs to get to our laundry room. We were told this would not be an issue. Waited all morning and our delivery window came and went. Called and found out they knew in the morning that delivery wouldn't be possible and yet we were never informed. Delivery was rescheduled for today 6/16. Don't appreciate the lack of communication. Watched the tracker today as they were unable to figure out how to get to our address. Not sure how this happened as the tracker showed them in obvious position/route to come a straight shot up the hill to our house. Watched them reroute to try to come up a back way instead, which was closed off. Watched them then come around the original way and then nothing. They left a voicemail originally saying the truck was too big and then during a call said it was because the road was closed. I walked down and up the hill from the initial way shown as trying to come up and the entire roadway was clear with no reason for them to have not been able to just come up the first way. I have been watching other delivery trucks and pick-ups with large flatbed trailers come up and down the hill all day. Tried to get them to come back as we were still within the delivery window and they said they were in a town only 15 minutes over. Well apparently they were much further than they said they were and now can't/won't deliver today and we have to reschedule AGAIN. Now our delivery is set for Saturday 6/20, a full 2 weeks from our initial purchase and without a washer and dryer. Nowhere in any of the calls and conversations has anyone seemed to care much. Basically been told, "that sucks, it is what is it" over and over. If it can't be delivered for a third time on this coming Saturday we'll be requesting a cancellation and refund, I am seriously not impressed. We are lucky enough that I am able to be home at the moment because if not my husband would have had to taken off two days of work and lost pay for nothing. We were originally going to have them come out and install window dressings as well, now I'm glad we didn't. Save yourself the headache and hassle and buy from somewhere else.

  Hello I was recently at your store and I was looking for window screen mesh and I was VERY PLEASED AND SATISFIED WITH MY SHOPPING EXPERIENCE when I was trying to find the window section I asked your employee HARRY for help he took time to walk with me to the section I needed to go to he also took time to help me find what I needed and HARRY went above and beyond his duties HE TOOK TIME OUT OF HIS DAY TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN MY DAY and I GREATLY APPRECIATED IT THANK YOU TO HARRY and I also want to mention Andrea at the front end she was also very helpful I had a GREAT shopping experience and YES I will recommend your store to everyone I know THANK YOU 🙏💯
