  This review is not store specific. Lowe's in general is a corporate giant that focuses on greed and only greed. Their customer service is abominable. After a rep from their inside sales group accidently ran my debit card twice on a large purchase, my bank threw up a fraud alert. The rep advised that I would not be able to pay using my debit card for 48-72 hours. Since this was a floor project and I was working on a timeline, I drove to the Bartonsville store the next day and paid the order in full on a credit card. David Schneider could not have been more helpful. It has been 9 days since the rep ran my debit card twice and Lowe's still has a merchant hold on my checking account! This order was paid in full and there is absolutely no reason for a merchant hold. I have spent hours on the phone for the past three days being bounced from one department to another with zero resolution. My bank has informed me that Lowe's has this hold on my account until 8/25/26. 14 days after the rep ran my card twice! Caleb Weber, a "manager" at inside sales is a liar. He assured me that the longest the hold would be on my account was 72 hours. When I called to speak to him, he refused to speak to me and advised that I call Customer Care. Coward. Customer Care advised that I need to speak to Installation. Emma in Installation was great and told me she would try to help by contacting the store and then accounting. That was yesterday. I checked my account this afternoon and the hold is still in place. I called Installation today and Emma was not available. Instead, I had the pleasure of speaking to the arrogant Matt. Matt refused to provide his last name or employee id number. Just Matt. Matt advised that there is not a publicly facing phone number for either the accounting or the legal departments. Matt is a useless cactus. We are on day 9 of Lowe's holding my money with no end in sight. If you must shop at Lowe's DO NOT EVER USE YOUR DEBIT CARD. Lesson learned.

  All I wanna say is first is that. Me and my boyfriend love holiday decorations. Trying to get them from stores that have the products. Takes to pull your own teeth to get them. No matter what the holiday is and when should be able to be sold if it’s in store. The Manager Rebecca is wonderful. I would recommend her to anyone. After asking R.J if I could get someone to get me a pallet down from the top shelf. R.J told me no and said even if I did get corporate on the phone. It still wouldn’t be able to get it down. Took two different times coming here for us to get it down from the top shelf. I may not be perfect and no one is but this should be addressed. If you have product in your store you’re supposed to sell it. That’s why we have stores around here.

  1 Star Manager violated Lowe's own price-match policy. I took my business to Home Depot instead. I found this pressure washer listed online for $369 (a $30 discount from the regular price of $399). The advertisement contained no mention of "online only," so I drove 45 minutes to my local Lowe's to purchase it in-store at that price. When I arrived and attempted to buy it, Manager Tiffany informed me she could not honor the advertised price, citing store policy—even after I showed her the advertisement. When I questioned this, she was condescending rather than helpful. Determined to resolve this, I looked up Lowe's Lowest Price Guarantee policy and returned to show it to her. According to their stated policy, Lowe's is committed to matching lower prices found on identical in-stock items. When I came back with this information, Manager Tiffany dismissed me by saying she was on her lunch break and told me to deal with another associate. That associate then claimed Lowe's wouldn't match their own online price because "they're not going to compete with themselves." When I pushed back, she suggested I purchase it online right then and they would give it to me—requiring me to make two separate transactions and deal with the hassle of coordinating pickup or delivery alongside my other purchases. This wasn't a solution; it was putting the burden entirely on me. Rather than accept this mishandling, I took my business to Home Depot, where I was able to complete my purchase. This reflects deliberate policy violation, condescending management, and an unwillingness to provide actual customer service.

  I never had such a rude and distasteful experience. My husband visited this lowes on Monday saw they had flooring priced on clearance on, friday he brought us (family) to look at flooring we walked the store looked at all kinds of flooring decided to buy it we go to check out and they refused to honor the price they had it listed for. They were rude as well not all of them just the supervisor they even unloaded the boxes from my cart it was embarrassing they acted like I walked in and offered them less for a product they had i will never go back i never seen such a poorly ran store. They had a whole pallet its not like we went and switched everything around
