I had a horrible experience with customer service and the store in general. I wanted to place a custom order. There was a sale sign under the product display however CS stated the item was not coming up as being on sale. My husband walked back to the display with another sales person who proceeded to tell him that the sale sign was actually for the product in the next display over. When my husband told him having the sign hanging under the wrong product was misleading he just shrugged and walked away. We were not offered the sales price so I cancelled the $2000 order and went straight to Home Depot where we bought a nicer product and got it on sale! We will be shopping at Home Depot from now on.

The CUSTOMER SERVICE @ this location SUCKS !!! I work for a contractor so im here at least 3 times a week for the last 6 months!!! NO CARTS Available inside because employees use them to stock shelves. OUTSIDE carts are all the way in the back of the parking lot. No 1 ever approaches customers they avoid them. Shop here and you'll see it for yourself !

I stopped in to purchase one thing and wound up with 2 employees in the garden center berating me & they blocked my vehicle with a Lowes vehicle so I could not get into my drivers door. Called the store and they're not doing anything about the situation.
I would not shot this store unless you want to be intimidated and berated by LOWES Employees.

I’ve been nothing but patient with this store. I ordered a customized door not once twice from Lowe’s . First time I should’ve learned my lesson but I didn’t I continued giving Lowe’s my business. I recently purchased an exterior door and storm door from Lowe’s customized with installation. The installation was poorly done!! After having the run around for weeks of when the door would be installed !! They came the screen is falling out it had chippings in it from them cutting the door! It’s been a mess . I was told to contact several people in the customer service department and I’ve been getting the run around from the whole Lowe’s team everytime for the past few months !! Spent over 5,000 on a door that I can’t even use this summer !! Has to stay shut because it’s falling apart!! Not to mention BILL from mill work hasn’t done anything to help me what’s so ever !!! Never AGAIN will I give Lowe’s my business. Want a door installed or anything for that matter ? Stick to Home Depot . Completely done.
