I've worked in retail management for over 20 years and I have never seen such a racist nasty attitude customer service associate. There were two guys over there one guy was young and he was doing his job perfectly! But the old Asian guy with the receding hairline, ignored me and my husband pretend to help the young guy, who said he didn't need help. Looked at us then tried to start doing something else, like he didn't see us standing there. My husband then asked him why wasn't he helping us, he looked at us and walked away again. Then my husband got loud he came over and got smart and the other guy in line behind us was getting mad too! Finally when my husband cussed him out, now he was able to do his job. I only wish I had my phone to put him on TikTok.

Fantastic experience in the pro shop. I had the pleasure of working with Gary C., one of their pro sales specialist. He was very experienced with the deckorator product line. Gary even went way above and beyond by calling the manufacture of the product line for a part number, not in Lowes database, needed to complete my order. The patience that Gary had was first class. I also had the pleasure of working with the store manager who was also very helpful.

I hate to leave a negative review… but I have driven to this Lowe’s FIVE TIMES NOW to get the same blinds measured & cut correctly. Almost no one in this store knows what they are doing. Now I have to wait THREE DAYS for the one & only employee there who knows what he’s doing to come back to work to cut it correctly. No one should have to drive 30 min there, & 30 min back FIVE TIMES to get ONE thing accomplished…… What a complete waste of my time, gas, money, & wear & tear on my car. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Quite frankly, Lowe’s should be paying ME to shop there so I can reclaim all the money I’ve lost trying to get ONE thing accomplished at their store…. Do NOT go to this store. You will not get the help you need. You will just leave frustrated & upset.

Went at 10:30 AM on Sunday, needed a piece of plywood cut, just a single quick one. Requested help at the desk in front of lumber. After waiting 20 minutes and no one came to help, I went back to the guy at the pro desk so he called a manager and mentioned I needed help and had been waiting. I could tell she couldn’t care less so I said forget it and walked out. Poor service at this store these days.

My wife bought an outdoor "weather resistant" patio table. Within the first 12 hours of it being outside, it rained for 30 minutes and afterwards, the table was blotchy with discoloration. When she reached out to customer support, she was told that "weather resistant" is not the same as "water proof" and that we should store our 70lbs table in a cool dry place when not in use, as is it's reasonable to expect us to take it apart and reassemble it every time we want to use it. As a result, Lowers Customer Support was unwilling to do anything to remedy the situation.
We have no expectation that an outdoor table wouldn't eventually experience discoloration, rust, and other weathering, but to call a product "weather resistant" and then have it completely aesthetically ruined after one rain shower is completely misleading and unacceptable as a product to be selling for hundreds of dollars.
I have spent tens of thousands at Lowes between materials for my house flipping business, tools, home improvements, appliances, garden supplies, and various projects, but Home Depot is equal distance from where we live. If this is how you treat customers after you've taking hundreds of dollars from them for a product that blatantly lies and uses misdirection when describing it's products, then we will be going to Home Depot from here on out.
