The staff is awful and they don't care about customers. I'll make sure I don't go to Lowe's again

Their website and store policies don’t align. Their customer service personnel are not helpful and give you the runaround. I purchased retaining wall stone from their website on a Saturday. I was given an option to have it delivered next day on a Sunday for $69 which I paid for. I received my receipt and another email confirming my delivery for next day (Sunday). I was given a 12 hour window for delivery from 8am to 8pm. 2 hours before my delivery window closed I call the store for a status update. They first tell me my product has been pulled and ready for delivery. My order assigned to a driver and it would be delivered. I was asked to call back after the customer service rep wanted to email delivery for a status update. I called back as instructed and was told that Lowe’s doesn’t deliver on Sunday. Darren told me their delivery is outsourced to another company similar to DOORDASH. HE WAS NO HELP. I cancelled my order. Nothing but issues with this store.

My wife and I were told that Lowes no longer accepts Madtercard for in-store purchases. The customer service associate suggested going home and buying our items online or using the app to get them because Lowes still accepts Mastercard online. I overheard the store manager explain to the customer service associate that Mastercard is a security risk to the store! Wow that's a new one on me. We left our items in the store and I went on the app to buy them and Lowes shipped them to my house in 2 days for free because I have a Lowes card. So basically Lowes paid extra to ship them (all the way from Massachusetts) to me for no real reason other than "Mastercards are a security risk".

I was in the PA store to pick up a few small items. Didn't need any help on this trip. But I did observe some above and beyond service by an employee named Darlene. This isn't a store review...this is a Above and Beyond Employee review.
As I came in the store, I noticed her checking out overflow customers at the Commercial Services counter. While checking out in a line, I watched her at a hurried pace, grab four of the lumber carts. As I left, I overheard her telling an employee to gather carts. BUT, she didn't just tell him, she continued to gather carts, herself. She's definitely earning her wages at the Altoona, PA Lowe's. Keep killin it, Darlene! We see you!

How do I place an order with a tax-exempt account?
Visit the customer service desk in store to apply for a tax-exempt account.
It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
