Both locations can be monitored by our staff anytime on the web and also on our cell phones. Being able to control both locations systems through text messaging to a real plus. One of our staff set off the alarm by accident and Protect Alarms was calling us within 30 seconds. Talk about fast service. I wish I had more locations for them to protect.
