Today I had such a bad customer experience with Michael/Mike.
I went yesterday in a storm, with so much pain due to my medical conditions.
When I left I had a empty plastic bag that I wanted to drop in the garbage can but didn’t found one and I left it in the cart.
Today, I received a call from him very nasty and rude, I explained to him that and I also I apologize that I left the empty plastic bag there and I politely asked him if he can please throw it away for me.
His response was: why I have to use my time to pick up your garbage. ?
I really think this is so rude and disrespectful, I was not rude or nasty and I even I apologize but he is very unprofessional to work as customer service.
I just went online and he charged me $25 and I called again and i advised how rude he is, and also i explained i work for customer service and the way he talked to me that’s very unprofessional.
Of course he didn’t care, and just asked me to go today to pick up the bad to remove the fee.
If there was a garbage bag I would throw it there. Was my error leave a empty single bag there that made a problem with this guy and provide so much dissatisfaction with the service.
I tried to call the customer service number to speak to someone from corporate but the calls get transferred to the local store.
I hope someone can talk to him and teach him customer service skills. I hope I can speak to someone not the store about this.
