Safe, clean and reasonably priced storage facility. I’ve had no issues whatsoever. I do highly recommend Extra Space Storage. Also I have to mention that the workers especially the office staff is amazing, they are always willing to help and offer real genuine customer service.

I found this storage facility online and read the reviews and took the chance and I’m glad I did. I went in person to check it out before moving my things in and it was better than I expected. It is so clean and basically brand new. Climate controlled, great customer service and I can relax knowing my items are not going to be damaged and are safe!

Another bad encounter with the woman that works at extra storage . She has the most nasty demeanor I have ever encountered .
You aren’t mandated to chose a lock from ES storage unit you can definitely bring ur own .
She told me that if I can’t afford a lock then I shouldn’t be renting , I didn’t want ur lock bc I had already had one from other storage location which was far away.
This behavior is unexpectable . And then she began to speak my business out loud as if I’m still in the same situation .
I’m sorry I did not chose this job for her she woke up and decided she wanted to work there .
Please mental health awareness is serious .
Also I didn’t know if someone is organizing their storage unit it’s considered loitering :
* Standing around a store entrance without shopping.
* Hanging out in a parking lot for a long time without conducting business.
* Staying on private property after you’ve finished your business there.
