I went to get information on Friday, 6/12. The rep. (or manager, sorry I'm old and I forgot her name, lol) was so helpful and pleasant that I rented right then and there. Very pleased with the unit, location and the dollies they have.

The Extra Storage Space Website provided clear information about the storage options. Access passcodes are assigned to each customer. When you enter your passcode, the screen shows your name and time of entry. Each storage locker comes with a lock, but you can augment that with a padlock. I chose not to do so. The facility is clean; the locker we rented was clean. Within a few minutes of completing the rental agreement, our locker was available. We received clear instructions via email on how to access the facility. The next day, we received a courtesy call from Extra Space Storage, confirming the quality of service and thanking us for our business.
This has been a good experience.
