  We recently bought a saltwater spa from Oregon Hot Tub in Wilsonville. We had many questions and ended up speaking with several personnel, including Cali (sales) and Min (maintenance and repair). Everyone patiently answered all of our questions, explained the different models, options, ,maintenance requirements, etc. The delivery team really worked well together to remove our old spa and install the new one, despite some challenges. And, when we discovered marks/scratches in the spa after it was delivered, we contacted Cali, and he worked with us to take care of our complaint. Min was able to buff the marks out, and our spa looks great. It works great, too! We're really happy with our new saltwater spa.

  complete garbage company. i would not let my worst enemy use this place. rude and nasty employees. how they have this high of a review score i have no idea?

  We had a wonderful experience purchasing our Jetsetter hot tub from Oregon Hot Tub! We found the process of selecting, delivery, and orientation to be simple and worry free. What was promised was delivered. Highly recommended!

  Cali was awesome to deal with when us newbies were purchasing our first hot tub. There is a lot to learn and Cali was super helpful and patient with all of our questions while we were making our decision. We recommend Cali and Oregon Hot Tub if you're looking for an informed and low pressure experience!
