It’s rare to find such attentive service you get here anywhere else. I went there to grab a few items and couldn’t help but look at the vacuums that were on display. Ours just crapped out recently and its warranty was expired, the cost to repair it was as much as a new one but I figure I’d better look. I’m not very up to date on the advances in vacuums these days and I guess my confused face alerted the appliance guy Paul there because he came right up and asked me if he could help me. I asked him a few questions and he answered them, looked up reviews on different models and pointed me in the direction that was right for me. He wasn’t pushy, he genuinely wanted to make sure I was happy with my buy and not just go with one that has the highest price. He listened to my concerns and requirements and I walked out with a new Shark Power Detect upright and I couldn’t be happier. Paul was polite and just on it. Most places workers look put out if you ask for help, you rarely even get approached by someone offering to help no matter how overwhelmed you appear. If you go looking for an appliance ask for Paul, he’ll make sure you find what’s right you.

Can’t say enough about the Lowe’s boy band who went above and beyond securing a stupid Trex board to my car. The band features the celebrities Jesse, Logan, Brayden and Dom! Special shout outs to these legends. Plus, I made it home safely without hurting anyone.

There was one man in appliances who was completely out of the ordinary. His name is Tony Tyler. He was the epitome of professionalism and patience and respect.
I was looking for a new brand that a great appliance repair man recommended. I'd never heard of, he told me to check Home Depot and Lowe's.
I've had so many unfortunate problems purchasing appliances from Home Depot.
So I drove to Lowe's in Tigard. My first time. I will, in the now and in the future always support Lowes!This young man drug over a chair so I could sit, I use a cane. He spent so much time explaining the various refrigerators, I chose an Adiea, I purchased it immediately!
I am comfortable in my life, I spend much on my home and property.
Due to the incredible customer service through out this store, I'm a customer for life! Tony, desperately needs a major RAISE!

1155 on a Wednesday. Just tried going here. Couldn't make it into the store because the Lowe's helper at the front security area had somebody stopped that they were talking to and had the area completely blocked. I tried to go to the right to go through the customer service area that was also completely blocked so I chose to turn around and leave cuz there was no way to get into the store.
I guess that's one way to stop theft. Just don't let anybody in the store

People are really nice there I even accidentally went to the employee room looked at the guy and said I don't think this is the bathroom could you show me the right direction the gladly took the time to show me the right way without being upset with me kindest employees I've ever seen at a store and they're willing to help with my project highly recommend driving the extra distance to this location.
