- 888bitpianist5 days ago5.0extra space has figured out how to make renting a storage unit not an unpleasant experience: use an app that always shows the access codes as well as have a button in the app that opens the gate. put the lock in the unit so all you havevto do is rent the unit, then go to it and open the bag with the lock in it. im not a huge fan of purchasing cheap policy to protect my stuff, but every storage company seems to do it now. cara is the receptionist, and she was very friendly and helpful!

- CSCJ S.6 days ago1.0So I arrived at my unit to retrieve some personal items and unfortunately the items were in the back of my unit. So some of my stuff needed to be moved into the hallway temporarily. Now after about 15 minutes of the around 1 hour we were there the manager (Cara?) came around and huffed stating she needed to "overlap a unit but *huff* I'll just come back later." Making me and my partner feel bad for being in the way. And this is not the first time this employee has come to let us know that we shouldn't be blocking the hallway. Now this would be understandable if there was another customer trying to get through or better yet if she just had a better attitude. There's better ways to ask than to spit sideways comments at your customers. Now after 10+ years myself in customer service, that treatment is unacceptable and should not be tolerated.
