  Initially listed my order as delayed. They didn’t answer the phone and the 1800 number reported they were out of stock of two items. Two hours later it was suddenly not delayed and had been filled. I waited 20 mins for pick up and they didn’t come so I went inside. The order was to the side and an employee said I could bring the cart back and forth to the car after which a blonde employee turned around and told me I’d have to wait for her and couldn’t take the carts. I’m 7.5 months pregnant but I also can’t wait on them all day. I told her fine I’ll carry the 8 large boxes to my car myself. She watched me do this and no one offered to help despite how difficult it clearly was for me to carry these. I’m done with container store.

  Overpriced cheap stuff. Most of it can be bought other places at half the price. Nice to see stuff in store but would never buy here.

  I do not recommend ordering anything online. I ordered some modular bins for a very specific project for in store pick up since it showed they had most of the bins I needed in store and just needed to ship an additional one, so I figured that sounded like a safe option/wouldn't take too long. I waited a month. Only the shipped bin arrived for in store pick up and when I went to pick it up and I asked where the other bins were I got told I should've read my email notification more closely to see that the supposed in store inventoried ones were still "processing" (which would normally feel like a fair response! But now I just got told the other bins never got fulfilled and were never accounted for and the order had to get cancelled and are completely discontinued). This is my first experience shopping here and it's really disappointing since I needed bins with those exact dimensions. The Container Store broadly needs to improve their inventory counting and order communication for me to feel confident about my orders being fulfilled. I'm looking elsewhere for my project.
