I ordered some modular bins for a very specific project for in store pick up since it showed they had most of the bins I needed in store and just needed to ship an additional one, so I figured that sounded like a safe option/wouldn't take too long. I waited a month. Only the shipped bin arrived for in store pick up and when I went to pick it up and I asked where the other bins were I got told I should've read my email notification more closely to see that the supposed in store inventoried ones were still "processing" (which would normally feel like a fair response! But now I just got told the other bins never got fulfilled and were never accounted for and the order had to get cancelled and are completely discontinued). This is my first experience shopping here and it's really disappointing since I needed bins with those exact dimensions. The Container Store broadly needs to improve their inventory counting and order communication for me to feel confident about my orders being fulfilled. I'm looking elsewhere for my project.
