- TSTaelyr SandersSep 14, 20265.0Outstanding friendly customer service. Dean, one of the head people there was extremely helpful. After moving all of my stuff on my own, I went in and asked for a cup of water. I let Dean know I lost my key to my uHaul truck on top of having a horrible week. He advised to me to call the roadside assistance that goes through uHaul, and when I did I was told the replacement key would be $350! I let Dean know without expected any help, just was looking to vent about my situation. To my surprise, he told me he knows a guy at Uhaul and would be able to get me a replacement key for free. His wife and daughter offered to take me to pick up the key, and even offered me dutch bros. My heart was so touched, and still is. Thank you Dean & family for helping me get out of a really sticky situation! May you and your family stay blessed ❤️
