Marcy is fantastic and so professional! She reached out to me when she knew a 5 x 10 climate controlled was going to be available and made sure that I understood the remaining credit I would get from moving to the smaller unit. I really appreciate you Marcy!

Very helpful. Excellent at explaining location of storage area. Updated info in billing. We forgot a lock and there were locks for sale. Very pleased.

Marcy was so great to work with! I haven't rented a storage unit in some time. She kindly showed me how to get in through the gates, the 10x10 and the 5x10 options so I could make a good judgement on what size I wanted, and pointed out where the carts are stored for when I move in. She also seemlessly helped me sign up for my month to month lease and the units, grounds, and office are clean and nice. All and all I really appreciated how quick and easy it was and would recommend BuxBear Storage on Main.
