  Perry is SUPER helpful, informative, and very kind. He initially reached out a week prior to service with all the relevant information. He came and worked on the fireplace and had it done in less than 25 min, explained the situation thoroughly and answered all my random questions about fireplaces. Thank you so much again Perry for doing what you do!!

  Perry did maintenance on my gas fireplace again this week. I continue to appreciate his expertise and top notch customer service. He has done just regular maintenance for me before, which is excellent. But this round, he quickly diagnosed the issue and was able to resolve it on top of the maintenance work. In addition, I also appreciate that his pricing is straightforward and always reasonable. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs annual maintenance or attention to a specific issue with their gas fireplace. (And he is very good with dogs)

  We've worked with Perry twice since we've bought a home. He's honest, reliable, and does a great job of explaining what he is doing in simple terms for us to understand. I would give him 6 Stars if I could. As long as he is working in Oregon, we will continue to work with him.

  Our gas fireplace needs repair annually and I've been using A+ fireplace Service for several years. I wouldn't call anyone else because I know I'll get honest clean work and at a fair price.

  Great service and great person! Perry was able to get my burner plate replaced even though the warranty had run out! He went out of his way to fit me in for the installation before he went out of town. Thanks so much Perry for the excellent service!
