  AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Arrived at my locker on 9/25/2021 to find that my lock was cut and a number of items had been stolen. The manager told me that someone has been cutting locks and stealing items out of lockers since June. They say that they are not responsible and will not offer any compensation for my losses. They have no security system and clearly no control over the business. I had a locker here for 5 years and always thought it was a good place, but the lady who ran it apparently passed away earlier this year and it has clearly gone downhill since. I strongly recommend that you find somewhere else to store your possessions as they are not safe here.

  The management team at South Salem Mini Storage are really wonderful and have been so helpful to us during and after our move to this area as we found we had not downsized enough! Make no mistake, Harvey and Lorraine are running a business but they are friendly and thoughtful people. The property itself is kept clean and the gates work efficiently which indicates to us they care.
