  AWFUL!!!!! My mother has been paying for a storage unit there for the last 5 years. She recently moved to Arizona to live with me and I’ve been trying to add my brother who lives in Salem to her account so he can clean out her unit. The lady working there refuses to help me and states that I have to come in physically to add him to the account..even though I live out of state and my mother is too elderly and frail to travel! She is rude, unhelpful, and I would absolutely NEVER recommend this joke of a business!

  Called and the lady on the phone was very rude and short gave no alternatives to my questions. Worst customer service ever

  Awesome! This is the only storage facility that I will ever use again!!! First of all, the couple that run this facility, also live at the facility & are extremely vigilant in their caretaker duties... This instilled confidence in my decision to store my belongings here right away .. this is a big deal to me considering a number of years ago at a different unrelated facility, I had my unit broken into & everything I owned stolen & never recovered.. Also, they are extremely meticulous in their upkeep of this place.. Not only is the whole facility absolutely clean & well-kept on the outside, my outside unit has been very well taken care of.. it's so clean, no weird smells or stains, & it has a functioning light with fairly high ceiling height.. also, I pulled a 30 foot enclosed cargo trailer with my SUV & found the aisles more than ample as far as room to maneuver my truck & trailer around in.. lastly, I just want to make sure that I tell you just how far out of the way this couple went on my behalf to not only get me a unit, but the exact size I needed... And, even though the office was closed for the Christmas holiday, they graciously allowed me to not only move in there, but they opened the office & they waited just for me until I got there! Now that is unbeatable customer service & pretty much tells you the kind of people that you're dealing with .. they went above & beyond just to help me out.. They are the nicest couple & I would never even think to go anywhere else, ever again!
