  I was greeted fairly quickly upon entering and the customer service was phenomenal! Marigona helped me choose a couple of pieces that would fit my new place that were both affordable and comfortable. I asked to see only items I could take home the same day and there were quite a few options. Other stores I tried in the area had a 2-3 week wait or minimal options available. I went with two pieces that were available on the floor. The checkout process was fairly simple and they even helped load the pieces into my vehicle. The reclining loveseat and the seat and a half I chose are both very comfortable. Marigona helped make my furniture shopping experience enjoyable. I recommend her.

  A great experience. Aaron Windish, design consultant was excellent. Very knowledgable, extremely helpful in matching my needs for a great recliner with adjustable lumbar and head rest for a perfect fit I will enjoy for years to come. I highly recommend Lazy Boy of Salem to all. All of the design staff a amazing, fun and professional.

  Zena was a perfect match for me and my daughter. She listened to all of our needs/wants and even built a rapport with my daughter who didn’t want to be in the store when we first got there. By the end we found a couch we both loved and my daughter was happy and content.

  My latest lazy boy experience was quite pleasant. Their things are beautiful. The variety and selection is amazing. Power chairs and manual , leather and durable fabrics. I highly recommend the selection. The salesman is actually more of a design assistant. The staff we met is named Eli. He knows his stuff. With all the selection you are sure to find something beautiful that fits just right. For what we were after this was the perfect store to choose. So much selection. It took me awhile to pick one. I suspect it will do the same to you. Since the chair outlet store closed, this is the best chair store I have seen since . I hope you enjoy yourself there too. Kind and professional is a good combination. One other thing, it was not as expensive as I expected. That was a big surprise.. 10/10 recommend highly. Purchasing asap.

  Helpful staff and great selection…at first. When the problems started, they didn't follow through. The fabric sold to me was NOT as stated. It wasn't high-performance nor pet proof. It held up for less than one year. It is peeling and looks 10 years old. Their quality has changed. I'd rather spend a fraction of the cost at Ashley or even less at Costco. It lasts longer and the service is FAR superior to the Salem store. Avoid them! They expect me to use my one-time-use-only insurance I purchased to fix their faulty fabric. They don’t stand behind their product They over-sold and under-delivered.
