  Aaron was outstanding to work with! Having a traumatic brain injury makes it incredibly challenging to even go into a furniture store and he was so kind and willing to make the experience as easy as possible for me. He worked with my husband and I to ensure all of our needs were met and made the experience smooth for us by identifying options so we could have the efficient focused experience we were looking for. Aaron was so patient with me and was truly listening, even as I was struggling with sensory and speech issues. Mario the manager was also nice enough to give us a few minutes of his time sharing how wonderful of an experience we had. We cannot speak highly enough of Aaron and how incredible of an experience we had. We are thrilled with our purchases and look forward to coming back for future furniture needs. Aaron, thank you so much for tailoring the experience to meet our needs and helping us find exactly what we need for the next phase of our lives! You are the best!

  Aaron, was a consummate , Stellar Professional answering all of my questions about warranty, and instilling confidence about a purchase of LazyBoy products. It is nice to have an experience with a Representative, that is not only knowledgeable....but with Exemplary Interpersonal Skills.

  Nice store . Salesman was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I felt the price was higher than previously recliners I gave bought. Adding delivery charges and extra charges for adding protective spray took it to way more expense than I wanted. Eight weeks to get it seems excessive. With all of that I am counting on your brand to make an excellent chair.

  I visited the Salem store and found the staff incredibly helpful and knowledgable (specifically Marigona and Sarah) . I later found another retailer online who sold one of their chairs and the staff was great at working to get close to their price, and offered an earlier delivery with full set up. It was a great customer experience - I'm excited to get my chairs.

  Walked into store, salesman Elijah, Met us at the door to inquire what we might be looking for. I told him a recliner and it had to be cat friendly. He took me over to where they were. He was very kind and not at all high pressure. He made a suggestion and it was perfect. I bought the chair he suggested. We had been to a couple other stores with no luck finding what I needed. I was very satisfied with the service, no pressure.
