  We have been more than patient with this store for our correct furniture order. We ordered initially in September 2025 - a couch, 2 chairs, 2 ottomans and 4 pillows - we chose the most popular color and were told it would be no problem to get them before my sons party in November. That was the first lie and left a bad taste in my mouth. I felt like we were rushed into this order thinking we’d get it in time. (We dont like the furniture but that’s another issue). Order finally gets delivered in December but with the wrong pillows. We immediately inform them of the error and after talking to multiple people, they agree to get us our correct ones ordered. Now here we are in July and I get the run around every single time I call. Nobody ever knows what’s going on. I’m assured they’ll be here in a week or two and they never come. Have spoken with probably every employee, but mostly the manager Eli and David. I’m told by David at the beginning of June that they’ll be here the week of June 17th. I didn’t bother them again until today. He answers today and has no clue what’s going on and guess what, they aren’t here. Says he will find out and call me back. I’ve been told I’m going to get a call back a hundred times and never do, so I’m not really holding my breath.

  Dominic was patient and knowledgable with all of our questions. He wasn’t pushy and we didn’t feel rushed to make a decision. The process of getting this comfy couch was seamless and their protection plan is totally worth it. Will be back to the location on south commercial in Salem. Thanks Dominic!

  Whad up fam ! Moving weekend is almost here and we needed a new couch so we came here. We had got a bed b4 with there neighboring business. We love the costumer service mainly , super awesome people over there. Thanks yall , really appreicate the friendlieness and clear communication. -One Love
