  I had a great experience buying my sectional couch. I felt no pressure from the sales team and had plenty of time to decide on what I wanted in a couch. I was greeted at the door by Tina, and she told us about their sales that were happening. Buying process was easy, and delivery was prompt and good communication. I was given a two hour window for my delivery the day before it arrived. Delivery team delivered with Care and set everything up for me. Highly recommend

  Very disappointed with the store's sales tactic on beds. If you are going to display a bed with mattress topper and have people test it that way, you need to include it with the bed purchase!! We purchased a floor model Denver mattress on clearance. When we laid on it in store, we were pleased to find a firm mattress that felt fairly comfortable. When it was delivered, we put the protector, sheets, etc on it. When we laid down on it to sleep that night, it was like laying on a piece of plywood or box springs!! We thought we got the wrong bed but the numbers on the paperwork matched the bed. We pulled everything off next day and realized the top looked similar but not the same as it did in store. It had a raised quilted cushy top on it in the store but our bed top was not raised. We realized they must have had a mattress topper on it in the store. It came with a sleep warranty but to get a different bed means spending more money and this one, a display model on clearance, was near our limit already. Everything else was way too expensive for our budget and 3x more elsewhere. So, we bought a topper and are settling with it but won't ever buy another bed from them again!
