I’ve had a really good experience with this storage facility. The property is clean and well-maintained, and the whole process was pretty easy from start to finish. Heather was extremely friendly and helpful whenever I’ve had questions, which makes a big difference. I also appreciate that the facility feels secure and is easy to get in and out of. Overall, I’m happy with my experience and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a storage unit.

Stopped by D Street Storage today to look at a unit and was genuinely impressed. The entire facility was incredibly clean, well maintained, and felt very secure. You can tell they actually take pride in keeping the property in great shape. Heather helped me out and was absolutely fantastic — super friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy without making me feel pressured or rushed. She answered all my questions and made sure I had everything I needed. If you’re looking for storage in Salem, I would definitely recommend checking this place out. Clean facility, great customer service, and Heather is awesome!
