  From start to finish the process was seamless with ultra professional treatment. Melanie was great and John was fantastic I appreciate the consistency across the board. I found them in an AI search what caused me to call them wasn’t cost savings but the report spoke to quality both in service and the product quality- they were at the top of my search. I felt the price was good but more than that my shades are gorgeous! Highly recommend!!

  Absolutely fabulous customer service and excellent communication from start to finish. Our consultant gave us a myriad of choices and walked us through multiple options. She took time to get to know our needs and wants. She listened! Our installer, John was terrific, had excellent attention to detail , cleaned up, and was very personable. Excellent value for the cost and gold star treatment. Customer satisfaction is their goal and we could not be happier. They walk their talk.

  Amanda was great! I love that she comes to the house, so she can see the space and help with the decision process. She brought so many samples that you can see in your home too. We looked at a few options for shades and Stoneside had the most available and greater fabric choices we liked in our budget. Joe was very thorough in installation, smooth and easy!

  Stoneside has been a complete high class experience for our new woven wood shades. Our designer, Amanda was competent and creative. We found the perfect shade within a few moments and then while checking against other options, we kept coming back to the same one. So fun! Jonathan, our Installer was efficient, fast and patient while instructing me on operating the new motorized remotes. Both Amanda and Jonathan were professional, courteous and a joy to interact with. Nothing could’ve been better about our experience with Stoneside. Highly recommend.

  My partner and I worked with Stoneside for a recent project installing shades for some rather large, oddly configured windows, and it was an excellent experience. Amanda, our design consultant, took the time to come visit our space to help thoroughly plan out the project, and talked us through the different options, plusses and minuses of each, cost, schedule, etc. She was incredibly responsive when we had questions after the planning process, and graciously helped us schedule the installation around some other work we were having done on the windows. John took the measurements and did the installation, and Joe came by about a month later to swap a couple of the fixtures around to help block a light leak that we noticed after the installation (which was no fault of Stoneside's, we'd decided on the orientation and only noticed the placement of the gap after installation). Both John and Joe had clever solves for some of the trickier aspects of our space, and were very patient with all of our questions about the functions and placement of the shades. Stoneside provided a truly custom, thoughtful shade solution for us, and at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them for your window treatment needs!
