  Absolutely insane markup on hot tub supplies. I understand hot tub stores markup items but this is insane. Salt system cartridges directly from hot springs or even online at Amazon are 89-99 dollars, these guys are charging 174.99 which is highway robbery. We bought our hot tub here and the service has been good working with them but this is bonkers. I can't rate them well after this experience.

  I stopped by this Oregon Hot Tub store yesterday to pick up some supplies. I also had a few questions about balancing the chemicals in our Hot Springs tub. Nick was great! He was knowledgeable, clear with recommendations and more than happy to help. In the two years since we bought our salt water tub from this company we’ve found their customer service to be consistently solid. Highly recommended.

  Love love love my new sx jacuzzi. Katelyn went above and beyond to help me out and I can’t be more grateful. I just got out of my new spa and my body is like putty. Highly recommend! Best purchase ever!! The massage jets are wonderful!

  Honestly I looked at several other hot tub places and felt pressured to buy what they needed to move even though I walked in wanting a larger model. Tammy on the other hand at this location was amazing and I don't use that word lightly. She not only kept the tub well past the original delivery date but got me what I actually wanted. She's someone I'd actually be friends with not just the average salesperson you expect. She's even helped get the tub set up for the first time. The delivery staff was also awesome and I'll be a lifelong customer as long as this location is hiring people like this.
