  They shut off my gas with no warning for standard meter maintenance. Said they need to enter home to restart and gave me a window of 8am- midnight for a technician to show up. Working mother of 2 young kids and life completely put on hold with no reasonable warning by gas company. Cant cook or leave home until someone arrives... and im told a midnight arrival is possible?!

  Has to be the absolute worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I would never recommend them to anybody and thought wish they close for ever.

  Customer service staff provided me incomplete instructions when managing account consolidation. This led to a power shut off. I paid my bill and called to get service reconnected and my multiple account issue fixed again. Customer service referred me to management for my issue. When I was finally connected with a manager she tried to shame me, insulted me, and hung up on me. Mind you the temperature was in the 20s that night and despite calling in the morning, my callback was not until 7pm. They sent mail to the wrong address and blamed me for that too. Don't use them if you don't have to. They are poor stewards of the power and trust the public gives them.

  These guys will shut your service off even if pay the bill, then take their own sweet time to come turn it back on. Haha what a conglomerate

  I got a call from a representative of this company recently. He explained that there was a new program where customers could sign up to help the company offset costs and thay 97000 people had already signed up. He then told me how much the fee would be for me (8$ a month). I told him that the fee was more than a 50% increase of my average monthly bill and that i couldnt do that right now. He then proceeded to repeat "8quot; to me with a rude/disbelieving tone on his voice as if me saying no was disgusting. This company profited over 113million dollars last year! and theyre asking customers to pay an extra fee to offset their costs!?!?!?! 113million in profts and they want working people to pay more so they pay less at a time when people are struggling financially more than ever! i will absolutely be talking to my husband about buying an electric burner for cooking and shutting off our gas completely and ill be encouraging everyone else in my building and anyone i know to do the same if they can. i feel bad for the 97000 other people theyre already screwing out of almost 1milliom dollars a month under the guise of "being greener"
