Ive been to this Lowe's several times and im finally ready to leave my review! We went in to help my brother-in-law get a fridge as we have a truck to transport and he does not. Well they ended up having to samsung bespoke fridges (my dream fridge) on clearance for a literal fraction of their regular cost. Turns out they were the display models so they were dusty and had a couple scuffs on the outside edge of the door. Which honestly in not going to fret about because helloooo, Bespoke fridge for 1400? Yes please! We weren't even there for a fridge ourselves but we were ready for a new one and couldnt pass it up. So we both got Bespoke floor models.
Mick was awesome helping us get the transactions closed, very friendly and helpful. Made sure we had the right gear for installing the water to cover the warranty. Got me hooked up with financing which is through Synchrony. He made everything quite easy and effortless.
Shout out to Greg for helping my husband and his brother load two fridges while the wives took care of the transactions inside.
I definitely feel like Lowe's is the place to go for your home improvements. The people are helpful, always have people asking if we need help when we are there. Inventory is usually pretty spot on (home depot is so unreliable with their inventory on hand, they also dont have appliances on hand for same day takeaway like washers and dryers and dishwashers, etc but Lowe's does)

Update on Claim below:
Still no joy. Over 6 weeks past the dishwasher first leaking. Had to threaten litigation to even get a call back back. They are still stalling.
Assurant, Inc. is the partner that handles protection plans, extended warranties and support services for Lowe's Companies, Inc. they
are deep in the middle of this.
Lowes Store #0397 Major Dishwasher Install Problem & Lack of Warranty Service Lowe's Companies, Inc.
As of this date and time the problem has not been addressed, To my or my wife's satisfaction.
-An extended warranty on an appliance is insurance, if there is a problem it should be repaired or replaced within the warranty period.
Timeline:
-Bosch Dishwasher leaked after about 4 years, still fully under 5 year warranty.
-Appliance Repair Person could not remove dishwasher said it was our problem to remove it. We had originally paid to have Lowe's own installers do the install.
-An email back to us from Lowes said our dishwasher was "Improperly installed".
-Attempt to return Dishwasher was declined even though improper installation from day one.
-So far we had to order a new dishwasher with install cost and a new warranty.
-$1200.00 Bill for dishwasher removal after floor demolition and floor repair on ceramic tile.
-I will not go into other damage issues here.
