  I loved going into the store and looking at all the options. Mary was the 1st person that helped me with choosing a sofa. Then I needed to look at chairs and that's when Shahab came to help with style and color choices. The 3 of us had so much fun looking at color, fabric and pattern choices. I would highly recommend that people utilize this service. The experience was so much fun.

  We had a wonderful experience purchasing our furniture. Our sales representative was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer our questions without ever making us feel pressured or rushed. What we appreciated most was that he did not come across like a stereotypical “car salesman.” Instead, he focused on helping us find the right fit for our home and needs, which made the experience comfortable and enjoyable. Excellent customer service like this is hard to find, and it truly made a difference. We are very grateful for the positive experience and would gladly recommend this store to others.

  We had an excellent experience at La-Z-Boy thanks to Nathan. He provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. Friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of our questions, helped us find exactly what we were looking for, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. It’s rare to come across someone so professional and attentive. We truly appreciate his help and would highly recommend working with them if you visit La-Z-Boy!

  Great experience! I won a sweepstakes for a La Z Boy gift card and was so excited because we had heard of La Z Boy but have never been to one. Being that this was our first time going there, I was a little nervous but they were so welcoming and kind. Im very thankful to have gotten to work with Anthony and Nate! We were made to feel relaxed when browsing and when we had questions (we had many) they were more than happy to help and were very thorough. I’m so excited for our new furniture and look forward to working with them again in the future. We’ll definitely be back for a couch I fell in love with! lol In all honesty, if you’re looking at going into a La Z Boy establishment, I highly recommend this location and asking specifically to work with Anthony and/or Nate.. they’re truly great! Thank you for giving us such a relaxed and great experience!
