This is supposed to be something I should not have to worry about for many years because of the "quality". The entire reason I spent the extra money instead of going with someone else. This will be my first and last product from this company

I know it's subjective but for me he struck the perfect balance of checking in on me and answering questions and also giving me space to look on my own. When he overheard us trying to decide on a fabric that our cats wouldn't pick at he mentioned the Paws and Claws warranty. He clearly explained the benefits and that was it, no pushing it on us, no hard sell like other places. I haven't bought an extended warranty on any product in over 20 years but this particular one was a no-brainer.
