- XXXMay 10, 20262.0Have charged me a lot of late fees, never comped them ever. New staff are friendly, but their app seems not to work and the website also has serious issues. Thus I end up being late on payments through no fault of my own, and even threatened with concerning emails about my items being auctioned off long before they are legally allowed to do that. Jacked up my rent from under $100, to now over $300 per month. Oregon desperately needs reform of storage unit rental law to protect tenants from abusive corporate practices.

The location was also very clean and well-maintained, which I believe reflects the hard work and dedication of the staff. Nakita’s professionalism and commitment to her job truly stood out and made the experience a positive one.

The first time was less than three months after we moved our stuff in. I'm sure they were banking on us not wanting to deal with moving anything again. Now another significant increase and we are looking elsewhere.
