Wonderful storage facility, not only was I able to book a unit the day of a moving emergency, Nikkita was absolutely phenomenal. She was empathetic, considerate, and efficient with getting me a space that accommodated my needs. On move out, she was non judgmental and still very kind. 10/10

I highly recommend this business. The bluetooth works well with the app so, they don't have missing or overlapping bluetooth access points that make it frustrating to get access. Move in and move out were easy and automated with no bottlenecks. There was no pressure to extend my conttact or stay after the price increased. The facility itself was clean, had more indoor park/load spots than most, and had big trolleys in good condition to use. Also, I don't know if it is from their security or just how it is, but there were no jump scares from people living in or misusing the space.

I moved to this Extra Space Storage location from the Secure Space storage nearby and so far it’s been great. The place I moved from closes at 6pm every day, closes EARLIER on Saturdays and are closed on Sundays. Which gives a lot of folks basically one hour after work and then is not available much on the weekend when we have time. That’s absurd so I moved to Extra Space which doesn’t close till 10 pm and is a waaaay nicer facility. Cleaner, better lit, the parking makes more sense etc. an additional plus is Nikita who works the front desk and is super friendly and helpful. She walked me through using the app, facility tips and other helpful info. Shout out to her!
