Roger was absolutely amazing!
He helped us in a mad dash! We needed more space. I of course under estimated our needs for storage.
He quickly got together a few units let me view them. And in less than an hour of calling him. We have another storage.

My mom rents a unit here, and Roger is the star of the show - friendly, professional, and gave us a tour like we were touring a luxury resort instead of a storage facility. The place is super clean, well kept, and the 6am-10pm hours are a lifesaver. We saw a couple of campers nearby, buf everything still feels totally safe. Great manager, great facility, great experience.

NOT SECURE! our storage unit got broken into and we had so many valuables taken. first pic is how it was left and 2nd is how we opened it yesterday. The wire was just ripped apart and they left a bunch of stuff inside our storage unit. The lock was then broken for them to get out with the stuff.

6/20/2026 - NOT A SECURE FACILITY
Our unit was broken into, even though it is on the 3rd floor and DIRECTLY in front of one of their cameras. The company made no attempt to secure our unit that was accessed by tearing aside the flimsy wire fencing on the ceiling.
After speaking with several other tenants of this place we've learned that there has been a rash of break-ins at this location. Nobody was notified of that, nor advised to check on their units.
This is on top of worsening conditions all around. Elevators are constantly out of order. The place is filthy. No access to the bathrooms, etc. Throw in predatory rate increases every year and skeezy homeless camps surrounding the building and here we are.
I don't know where these positive reviews are coming from, because this has to be one of the worst storage facilities in Portland.
UPDATE - 6/26/2026
I will say that Roger (the site manager) did go out of his way to help us as best he could. He loaned a smaller unit to secure some of our most precious remaining items, credited us for a month free rent, etc. That said, when I went to check on our stuff the next day, I found that it had been entered AGAIN. There was a chair in front of our unit that they used to scale the wall, and tape over the camera. Since this was a Sunday, nobody from their corporate call center was available to help us in any way.
The company has since hired private security to patrol the premises, but this is obviously a temporary PR fix and not a long term solution. The security vulnerability is unchanged.
If you value your possessions, do NOT trust this place until they address the low walls and thin mesh ceilings.
