  I have used Alasta lock for many years. Staff is helpful, knowledgeable and their products are excellent. I’ve used them for rekeying locks, keys , fire safety boxes changing door locks. Reliably is important to me and having a business that is really Oregon owned. Be careful when you hire lock people they are often subcontractors of business that are owned by a conglomerate.

  Eric was very professional and was able to quickly rekey my lock cylinders that I’d lost my keys to.

  Hired by my slumlord, Doug never showed up for a second appointment after he was 2 hours late to the first appointment and after working on one of the doors he was hired to repair, he installed the handles incorrectly and made the keypad unusable. My apartment door is now broken for over a week because he refuses to show up. Edit: He finally showed up and installed a faulty door. Staff at the locksmith location are just as unhelpful as Doug. Don’t care that he installs faulty locks everywhere
