I have always had good experiences, often I’m not home, yesterday service and person were great… treating all problem areas as I requested. Difficult to get ahold of real person when calling, but I was told how to do this by Hanie… so appreciated… job well done, and his attitude was wonderful . Thank you !

Horrible service I was locked into a contract for a year, even though I complained to them almost on a monthly basis. They decided on their own to skip a few months, even though the contract said they came out monthly. There were even occasions when I looked in my box and they said they came out and they didn’t refill the bait boxes. I still had rats and I still had ants and spiders everywhere. They would send people back out to service, but it still didn’t fix the problem. And when I tried to cancel a month early, they still tried to charge me the $199 fee. Do not go with this service they do not do what they advertise and when you try to get out of it, they hold you accountable to the contract even though they are not providing the services that they say they will

Was absolutely NOT in the market for a new pest control company, considering I already had one. 😂 But apparently all it took was one really good salesman showing up at my door and suddenly I was switching companies without a second thought.
He was super friendly, knowledgeable, not pushy at all, and somehow got me more services than I was getting before for a better price. Honestly, I’m still impressed with how easily he sold me on it. 😂
Great experience so far, great price, and clearly a very good sales team. 10/10 would accidentally switch pest control companies again.

Your service continues to be inconsistent. Sometimes i receive text days before appointment to confirm window, then before arrival and after service w photos.....sometimes none of these. On this service I got a heads up when en route only and nothing after the visit. I was unable to have the interior addressed. It does not appear that the rodent traps were touched....or all the bee traps changed. I have no idea how to rate this visit....but you will still charge me. Overall I get a different person each time and different levels of completeness. Hard to support or recommend.

I have had this service for quite awhile with no issues but if you ever try to cancel beware it’s difficult. I am just about to hire a lawyer as they will not cancel unless you give you a reason other than you no longer want it. It’s very frustrating when a company of this size plays these games. They had an opportunity to have future contracts with myself and others I might recommend but I can’t no longer do that.

Why am I still seeing pests after my first treatment?
If you are seeing pests right after your treatment, odds are you are witnessing them flee your property, which typically means the treatment is effective. If after a week you are still seeing pests, give us a call and our service professional will gladly return to treat your home at no additional cost.
How much does professional pest control cost?
Our professional pest control plans start as low as $49 to $55 per month for our Basic plan, depending on your location. We offer three primary tiers—Basic, Pro, and Premium—designed to fit different levels of protection needs and budgets.
Do you offer same-day pest control services?
Yes, depending on current technician availability. If you call before noon, we can often provide same-day service for urgent pest issues.
How soon can a technician come out for an emergency?
We strive for 24 to 48-hour response times. For emergencies like a yellow jacket nest or indoor roach sightings, we prioritize your call in our daily schedule.
Do you spray both the inside and outside of the house?
Yes, standard service covers both. We focus on the exterior to stop pests at the source and treat the interior (baseboards/under sinks) to eliminate any that have already entered.
What areas are included in a "perimeter" treatment?
A perimeter treatment covers 3 feet up the foundation and 3 feet out into the yard. We also treat windowsills, door frames, and eaves.
How do I get rid of an ant infestation in my kitchen?
To stop ants, we use "transferable" baits. Workers carry the bait back to the queen, killing the entire colony rather than just the ants you see on the counter.
What is the best treatment for German cockroaches?
German roaches require a combination of baiting, insect growth regulators (IGRs), and sanitation. They are resilient, so 2–3 follow-up visits are often required for total elimination.
Is pest control safe for children and infants?
Yes, we prioritize family-safe applications. By focusing on the exterior and using low-toxicity indoor treatments, we minimize exposure. We recommend keeping children out of treated areas for 30–60 minutes until dry.
What is your "Pest-Free Guarantee"?
Our guarantee means if the pests return between scheduled visits, we return for free. We stay until the problem is solved.
Do you offer free re-treatments?
Yes, all of our recurring plans include unlimited free re-treatments for covered pests.
Why am I still seeing bugs after my first service?
This is the "flush out" period. The treatment is driving pests out of their hiding spots. They will die off shortly after coming into contact with the product.
Why is the pest problem getting worse?
This usually happens with ants and roaches as they are attracted to our baits. This "surge" is a sign that the colony is actively feeding on the treatment.
How can I tell if a treatment was successful?
Success is measured by a steady decrease in sightings and finding dead insects rather than live ones.
Do you guarantee 100% elimination?
We guarantee to control and manage populations to the point where they do not infest your living space. No one can stop every single bug from ever entering, but we ensure they don't stay.
