Today is June 30th. I have one more contracted service date, which to their credit, I am being discounted for. But here's the weird part -- I have to cancel on August 7th (and only on August 7th) or I will have to pay the $200 service fee. I guess if I forget to notify them on August 7th, then I am on the hook for another year of services. Horrible customer service. Why can't I just tell them today that my service is done after the last appointment on my contract???

Why am I still seeing pests after my first treatment?
If you are seeing pests right after your treatment, odds are you are witnessing them flee your property, which typically means the treatment is effective. If after a week you are still seeing pests, give us a call and our service professional will gladly return to treat your home at no additional cost.

Our professional pest control plans start as low as $49 to $55 per month for our Basic plan, depending on your location. We offer three primary tiers—Basic, Pro, and Premium—designed to fit different levels of protection needs and budgets.

A perimeter treatment covers 3 feet up the foundation and 3 feet out into the yard. We also treat windowsills, door frames, and eaves.

To stop ants, we use "transferable" baits. Workers carry the bait back to the queen, killing the entire colony rather than just the ants you see on the counter.

German roaches require a combination of baiting, insect growth regulators (IGRs), and sanitation. They are resilient, so 2–3 follow-up visits are often required for total elimination.
