  They will charge you a fortune every month for pest control and if you move they'll charge you another fortune for canceling your long-term service contract with early termination fee that they snuck into the fine print. It's a scam.

  I’m still having lots of snail and spider activity. I have one kind of spider species that several other exterminators have not been able to get rid of, or just didn’t care. I’m hoping that Aptive will be able to eliminate this problem. So far, after several treatments, these spiders seem to continue to survive. 😰. I want them GONE!

  He left a mosquito trap on the ground and the dogs immediately knocked it over. I can NOT have anything out in the open. I breed, train, and board dogs and puppies. Now I don't know what to do with it... I had friends over and we had to leave because the mosquitos in the front yard (where the trap spilled) were EATING US ALIVE! Can you please send someone to refill it and hang it!? Laura

  VERY agressive sales...look at your contract before you sign. I was told I was getting into a contract for four treatments I did not read the small print and got looped into a 18 month contract. When I tried to resolve the bait and switch all they wanted to do was try to pressure me into another contract. I asked them to email me the original contract and the new contract they were proposing they never did. Beware, read the small print and trust no one!

  We had such a great experience with Aptive, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Tallon. He was honestly the opposite of what you expect from a pest control rep—in the best way. No pressure, no sales pitch… just someone who genuinely wanted to help. Tallon took so much time walking our property, asking thoughtful questions, and really figuring out exactly what we needed (and what we didn’t). He tailored a plan specifically for us instead of giving some generic, one-size-fits-all solution, which I really appreciated. And the attention to detail? Next level. He even tackled our very specific—and slightly horrifying—issue of box beetles basically throwing a full-on love fest on our giant free standing mailbox, essentially covering the entire box with themselves and their families 🤦‍♀️. I feel like he understood the assignment and then some. Super friendly, incredibly thorough, and just easy to trust. If you’re working with Aptive, ask for Tallon—you’ll be in very good hands.
