- RRRebel A. RussellAug 19, 20265.0I've bought furniture from them before, and it's great. However, when you rent to own something, you end up paying twice what it costs: interest! They do have a 4 month, same as cash, deal you can always take advantage of. I did....I bought 2 recliners for myself and my husband. Paying them off today, getting them cheaper that way. I would recommend to anyone. Plus, they have some used items at reduced prices and a great selection of ALL kinds of TV's, and appliances Have fun shopping!

I told the employees I didn't have time, but instead of leaving, they remained on my property while my minor children were outside. That is completely unacceptable. If a customer says they don't have time or asks you to leave, employees should respect that immediately. No one should have to worry about sales staff lingering around their children or refusing to leave their property. I hope management addresses this and ensures it doesn't happen to anyone else.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
