- RGRobert Gibbs3 days ago3.0Not sure how to respond regarding scoring ! Recent purchase of two recliners arrived 8/27/2026. Our understanding at time of sale , the Sparrow Rocker Recliner was both rocker and swivel, upon using my wife realized the recliner had only the rocker feature. We contacted the Phoenix Oregon store and were advised our sales person was not working that day. My wife spoke with another sales person who advised a replacement base could be exchanged, and scheduled for Friday, September 4th. On 8/27/2026 I received an email confirming this change for an additional charge of $319.00. This charge included $200.00 for the swivel and $119.00 for delivery. My question is why these two charges after the sale which we thought to be a combined rocker/swivel base? Please discuss this issue and advise if any consideration can be made. Please let us know when replacement is delivered. Thank you, Robert and Rita Gibbs

He showed us the gamut of sofa sets without consciously steering toward items more expensive or more economical. He let me find what I wanted and then we discussed prices. While I was there, I also purchased a beautiful lamp that complemented what I wanted for my studio. All in all, a great day.
