  We are always pleased when we come to La-Z-Boy Phoenix. We always look for the deals and and we love comfortable furniture. We are never disappointed. Can't wait to get our new Brooks Reclining Sofa! We already moved the furniture! Delivery will be on Tuesday, so only waiting less than one week! Yeah!!

  Shawn helped us decide on the best couch to fit our needs. It was more than we wanted to pay, however, we chose quality over a lesser price somewhere else. They have a decent extended warranty plan too. At the end of the 5-year plan if we haven't had a claim we can use the price of the warranty as a credit in the store towards another purchase. Thank you again Shawn and team for helping us load it onto the trailer!

  Very nice employees. The recliner was my first recliner and I purchased it on the spur of the moment. They assured me that if anything wasn't to my liking I had 3 days to return recliner. We ll sure enough I had to return the recliner. They were so nice and understanding I would recommend them to all my friends. Thank you for being so friendly and understanding.

  I am extremely disappointed with my La-Z-Boy couch. I spent over $4,000 because I believed I was buying quality furniture backed by an excellent warranty. When I purchased it, I was told their protection plan was one of the best and that “everything would be covered.” Within six months, the fabric started to deteriorate. The threads began shredding and pulling all over the cushions, making the couch look years older than it actually is. To make matters worse, the fabric has never stayed clean. I’ve even had it professionally cleaned, and the stains and dingy appearance still won’t come out. When I contacted La-Z-Boy expecting them to stand behind both their product and the warranty they sold me, I was told there was nothing they could do. That was incredibly frustrating after being promised such great coverage at the time of purchase. For a $4,000 couch, I expected much better quality and customer service. Instead, I was left with a couch that looks worn out after only a few years, despite taking good care of it. I would not recommend La-Z-Boy based on my experience.

  We had a great experience with Tyler. He was friendly, very knowledgeable about the sofas we were talking about and made great suggestions for items we might like.
