  I have been a customer for Newberg Storage Center for just over a year now. I’m amazed with this place! Very reasonable rates. Always clean and well maintained. Plenty of carts in different sizes for moving in or out (other places you are lucky if there’s a total of two per building. So many more here!). Various sizes of units both inside with climate control or outside. RV storage too! Excellent 24 hour security for peace of mind. Even a nice clean bathroom open and available when needed. Most of all, superior customer service from management! Tammie and Austin are so wonderful! I’ve stored my family’s belongings at other facilities and never had such great management. I highly recommend Newberg Storage Center!

  The lady here is so rude and annoying, she treats everything like such an insult. One time I came here 20 min before it closed, it was just 1 box I was taking there. I know it was almost time to close, but 20 min is more than enough time for 1 box to drop off on a storage not far from the door, and the lady in the golf cart stopped me just to ask questions later to say I don’t have time to drop it off. Sheesh, fine then. Then today it seems like she gets pleasure by being rude, she never helps with a friendly behavior or any type of customer service skills, when literally the storage place is branded as “friendly” only the guy in the customer service desk is friendly, I try to avoid her at all cost because just saying something slightly wrong she cuts you off as if you were insulting her. So annoying to deal with her.

  This is probably the nicest storage unit I’ve ever used and I’ve had them my whole life, I currently have multiple and this one is my favorite. Plus Tammy is really nice and helpful

  Harley Hogan was extremely helpful and kind during the sign up process. Unit is great, accessible and clean.
