  Nothing more irritating than trying to check yourself out at the self checkout when there’s three employees sitting there chitchatting, then find out you’re not at the cash pay. You’re at the one that only takes a credit card. Nobody to help you find anything and if you do find someone they have no idea what they’re doing or what they’re looking for or where it is without looking on their phone. So sad where we are at now, and the fact that consumers actually accept it this crap service.

  Ray and Jason were super friendly and went above and beyond helping us with the purchase of a John Deere, pull behind, lawn sweeper. There was a discrepancy between the one on the shelf and the on the website. They found the manager and verified we had the correct unit. They grabbed the cart for us, they took us to checkout and then they loaded it for us. Ray and Jason, thank you both for making our shopping experience so great! Excellent service. Above and beyond. Five stars!

  Ordered over 20 bags of fiberglass blow-in insulation online and had it delivered. Good experience there. Unfortunately was told I could not reserve a blow-in machine for a specific day, despite it being a 45 minute drive for me to come in to the store, hoping it will be available when I arrive. I could call ahead to check, but typically no one answers or you wait on hold forever. Not the best service.

  I had to put this up here. I was there last night Wednesday Aug 12th, 2026. Brad, helped me at the Pro Desk, I have a contractor account. Last year there was a Snafu with a credit I was supposed to get but never did on my Pro account. I quickly told Brad about it, and as fast as possible, he just said he'd take care of it & apply a credit towards my next purchase. I had to get something, so he waited for me, while I got the item I needed. He then applied the credit & I was out the door with a smile on my face! There needs to be more guys like him there. Give him a big raise and a bonus. And more days off, seriously, (don't put him off management)! Thanks again Brad, appreciate it! Dan

  Absolutely THE WORST experience!! DO NOT GO SOLAR THROUGH THE LOWE'S/SUNPOWER PARTNERSHIP- Lowe’s / SunPower / Sunly solar Lowe’s has partnered with a company called SunPower and they are the worst company imaginable to choose for your solar project. We started this process in March and still don’t have a working system. During the original install I pointed out that the layout was not what we had agreed on- the original layout meant I wouldn’t even be able to see the panels, which is why I knew it was wrong. but the installer insisted it was correct. Turns out I was right. It was wrong. They installed the panels without pulling the required building or electrical permits and without even knowing what Pacific Power requires for interconnection. That is exactly why we still aren’t turned on. After the install they had to come back out, uninstall the panels, and reinstall them. Now we have leaks and damage on a roof that isn’t even three years old. The second installer even had to move panels and told us a roofer would be out soon to replace the shingles where the panels were removed because the mounting stickers can cause damage. That never happened. And of course they’re not going to take responsibility for the roof damage when they can’t even address or do what’s right with the rest of the project. The inspection process was just as bad. We were mailed a packet of inspection papers and specifically told the inspector needed them to complete the inspection. They never showed up in time. We let them know, but the inspection guy still showed up without the paperwork, “did the inspection,” and somehow it got approved. Online it even shows “Inspection Result: Approved.” Complete shady stuff. On top of all that, they’re trying to force us to pay a big price for extra work- specifically a new meter , because they installed without knowing what Pacific Power required and without having the permits beforehand. This is not our fault. If they had done the process correctly and legally by waiting for the permits, they either wouldn’t have installed at all or would have known ahead of time that our meter wasn’t compatible. SunPower even tried to go behind our sales rep to make us pay for that extra work. We’ve been trying to get this remedied for months. I know for a fact that our sales rep Sean has been in contact with leadership at these companies, and they still refuse to do what’s right. Customer service has been a complete nightmare!! it’s nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone who can actually help or give a straight answer. The only positive thing in this entire ordeal has been Sean. He’s been our only saving grace because he actually cares and has tried to help us through this mess, unlike the company itself. Do yourself a favor and go with literally anyone else! unless you want to work with a shady and unresponsive company.
