Don’t try to call the store to talk with someone!!!! Don’t stay on hold as they will NOT answer the phone. Been calling to try to talk to a manger about a return and NO ONE WILL ANSWER. for being such a large store I’m shocked with how poor the customer service is. Not to mention every single time I’m there, there’s at least 4-6 Lowe’s Pro employees sitting at the pro desk not doing a single thing and will completely ignore you! I’m honestly appalled with how horrible my experiences have been. All the AI stuff they use is horrible. I repeat DO NOT WAIT ON HOLD!!!! They will not answer!!!

I hear to add-on the radio for buy three bags of miracle grow and get 3 bags free. So I went to the website. Saw the banner clicked on the banner, ordered nine bags, And I got nine bags.
I called Lowe's customer service to let them know that the order was inaccurate. Spent 20 minutes on hold, only to be hung up on then called back. Spend another 20 minutes with a lady that could not fix the problem, And wouldn't put me on the phone with management, Only to have management later Tell me that it had something to do with the price And that's where the deal came in.
This is absolutely false advertising.If you say that you're getting three bags for free, Then, you should get three bags for free.
Either that or just say that they're at a reduced price. This is false advertising. And I feel like I got ripped off. I would never order anything from there again.
