  Was there helping another person clean out storage unit, front office staff ladies rude, gentleman in cart appropriate, general grounds clean.

  Wasn't there as a tennet, only to pick up the contents from a unit i had won on an online auction. With that said, the overall experience was worthy of my EXPERT review.. Clean, dry units...no battling vermin here! Management is very friendly and hospitable. Unobtrusive and not pushy, yet attentive (i had no code..entrance & exit was done from office) and active in the gated lot area, keeping an eye everyone's belongings. Undoubtedly one of the places around to store, save or spend the LEAST when it comes to storage needs!

  I have had 4 different units with them in the past 8 years. We're a military family we move a lot and don't get to check on our stuff often. I used to absolutely love this place and the staff. I've gotten into my 10 by 10 every month for the last 3 months and had to clean out large amounts of rat yes 🐀 poop. Priceless paintings destroyed brand new mattresses destroyed my brand new couches holes poop pee, our keepsake storage all of my kids's baby stuff and things that can't be replaced so we don't take with us. so that our stuff is safe or should I say it used to be. we've gone through 15 bags of there on-site Mouse rat poison they've eaten every bag I have never had mice I have never had rap or any kind of bugs I don't keep food in my storage unit or any thing like that. The older couple that used to manage this Were Always On Top of things like this so there was never any problems I've been complaining for 6 months no results I'm moving all of my stuff out of both of my unit today and not coming back. The gaps in the top of the storages allow them to move all the way down in every unit and the beams at the top are like highways we even found a dead 1
