  I've been really happy with this storage facility. The grounds are always clean and well taken care of, which I really appreciate. You can tell they actually stay on top of the maintenance and don’t just let things go. The staff in the office have also been great. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. The maintenance staff deserve a shout-out too because the property is kept up really well. Overall, I’ve had a great experience here and would definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a clean, well-maintained storage facility with good customer service.

  Cascade Storage on Main St in Medford OR has been a great place to store our stuff. They keep you posted on timely news and notices, suggest ways to solve any problems you may have, and work hard to be available when you need them. The office is capable and on top of things, and they run a tight ship. They are friendly, honest and efficient. We've been glad we signed up before our move last year.

  Verna and Eric are outstanding! They were super accommodating, the application process was easy, we had a friendly chat while we filled out the paperwork. Great prices, great location. 10/10 recommend.

  Eric and Verna were so helpful and lovely. I have loved driving past their wonderful sign every day since I live right next door at the apartments. They went above and beyond to help me get a unit within an hour right at close and it truly saved me.
