  I am appalled to see that this Lowe's location in McMinnville has installed Flock Safety cameras. While marketed as a security measure, these devices are an invasive Ai-surveillance tool that harvests data from every single customer who drives into the parking lot. These cameras do not just watch for shoplifters or theft.... They capture license plates, vehicle make, model, color, and unique identifiers (like dents or bumper stickers) for every car that passes. Most critically, this data is not kept locally. It is fed into a nationwide cloud database that is accessible by thousands of law enforcement agencies and other agencies across the country... Even federal and it allows them to bypass our rights by buying this data from a business. Recent investigations have revealed that this "national lookup" feature allows out-of-state police and even federal agencies (including immigration enforcement) to search local data, often without the community's explicit knowledge or consent. By shopping here, you are unknowingly submitting your travel history to a massive, searchable dragnet. Until these cameras are removed, I cannot recommend supporting this store. Aka you do not have rights by driving into this parking lot. Wake up everyone! Imagine if you don't like your driver's license scanned but still shop here lol. ( Also scanning id is completely normal.., it's issues by the state >.< flock cameras is not that) This is a private, warrantless mass surveillance of your movements.

  My experience today was 5 stars! Most days you're lucky for a couple. For the first time I can remember an associate asked ME if I needed help! I didn't have to browse, pounce & pray for help. I believe Robert recognized the pain I was in & HE asked ME if he could help me find something. As it turned out, that something was at the other end of the store. He offered to show me where I could find the item and then, as we started off, he turned back & said, "I can go get it for you." I almost cried because every step was agony, which I was trying hard to hide. Thank you Robert!! You truly have no idea how much that act of kindness meant!

  A week ago, ordered a microwave ( over the stove). Was told that it would be delivered and installed (to the tune of approx. 450 dollars) today ..Thurs. July 23rd/26. (paid in full by HiHo Visa). Well boy howdy, after several attempts to contact Lowe's and being disconnected ea. time , finally was informed by a civil female Lowe's employee that the microwave was received yesterday, but that installer has not yet picked up the microwave and that it will not be picked until the end of the day tomorrow 7/24 in the evening and the installer will let me know when a time can be arranged for pick up... not sure when that will occur! 1. A special order.. was not informed to me at the time I made the order on phone, however waiting a week for the appliance makes sense now. 2. Being disconnected on two attempts to contact McMinnville Lowes appliances was a blatant poofah on their incompetent customer service. 3. Was told at time of order being placed that it would be delivered today 7/23/26.. I had to call Lowes to make sure everything was in schedule .. and from there everything went to hell in a hand basket. if Lowes reps can't give accurate info.. who can one trust in purchasing transactions? Yet another example of poor customer service to paying customers Buyer beware! KH 7/17/26 Still without microwave install from McMinnville Lowes. Had a gentleman call me from Lowe's this morning but obviously not from the local store as when I called in to talk with him, good ole Kyle was at his post and told me that no other male employee had been available to have called me. Silly me, wrote his name down but now can not find. This has been a total nightmare that I can not wake up from. This man promised a 50.00 dollar stipend to my account after the microwave is installed. Now a company called CRS will install so I have been told, however because of some alleged technical problem with CRS, was not able to set up an install date! Was told that someone would get back to me, however the weekend is upon us, so probably not for another 48 to 72 hrs. So do the math for the timeframe from the original order of the microwave to the continued run around from the start to NO finish! Again, buyer beware, at McMinnville Lowes!! Kathy Hunter 7/25/26 Decided to call Lowe's headquarters for help for a purchased non delivered and installed microwave product...MC MINNVILLE, OR Lowes. Again got the runaround!!! Can't even offer a legitimate complaint with a purchase without out getting shut down! What a SHAM company! What goes around does come around . Buyer Beware! Kathy Hunter
