  It’s decent place for what you’re paying for, but the office seems to be closed everyday around 3 pm. Property has a gate and a maintenance guy, but the gate closes pretty early at 8 pm. They ‘post’ signs for approximate time when the office will open, but in my case it’s been a 50/50 shot that the office will actually be open.

  We rented the 24’ stall. It was clean and dry. Easy secure access. The manager of the facility was great to work with! I highly recommend them for your storage needs!!

  They are hardworkers and the lady is super helpful. The place ALWAYS looks great from the outside. The grounds kept nice and love the seasonal decor in and out of the office❤

  While it could use some modernization (not much in the way of climate control) and a little TLC (mostly just cleaning cobwebs and dust), Highway 20 Mini Storage still get's the job done at a fair price. I would also like to mention that I see some complaints about the lady managing the place and say that I feel some of the negativity being thrust at her is simply coming from people that couldn't get what they wanted the instant they wanted it or from people who were unhappy about rent going up which is happening everywhere really. I've had a couple of struggles here and there and the manager has been more than fair and accommodating. I'd give these guys 5 stars if their "digs" (facilities) were clean like the Hilton or something similar.
