  Joe was the most helpful and professional person I have dealt with. He had booties for his shoes which was much appreciated. What I anticipated would be a long process to deal with took less than 20 minutes; Joe explained everything step by step and my blinds work better than ever!! Hang onto that man - he is definitely a keeper! (This is from Meri Wallace, not Walkace.)

  From selecting (thank you Melanie) to installing (thank you Joe), we had a top notch experience. Scheduling (and rescheduling) was a breeze. Extremely helpful customer service. Special kudos to Joe. He troubleshot a problem with an earlier installation at an appointment for taking measurements for a new shade. He ordered the approximate parts and suggested scheduling the service call with the new installation. This thoughtful gesture/suggestion, saved us an extra service call charge. Bravo, Stone Shade for such customer oriented service! Thank you Joe for looking out for us!!

  We use to have the old school vertical blinds in our entire office building but after speaking with Melanie LeFur about what was best, Jon Shively came in and put in light filtering shades and it made the place look super classy. They did it in a timely and professional manner and in one day. Unbelievable job.

  I was very impressed by the efficiency and expertise of Melanie at Stoneside Blinds. Buying a different house that has some age pains has been both a challenge and rewarding as I've given it a make-over. I use on line sources for things needed when I don't have professionals already established. I liked the ease of looking at the materials on their website, and the tone of the business when I called for more information. They were very quick to respond - even having Melanie out one day later to walk me through ideas and do initial measuring. She was so helpful in her knowledge of all products; that it was made easy to choose the best solution for the areas in question. Andy was also a very good installer, double checking with me on all hanging possibilities to enhance the look for the product on site. I would recommend this company with no qualms whatsoever.
