I was super disappointed in the staff today. They told my step dad (a disabled veteran) that someone would be over to help him. Thaat never happened . I watched 2 different associates walked past him and helped other customers that just got there. And after i went upa and down every aisle andd found our things, the cashierr who was liie did u see how much this was? and just stood there. So i ran back and checked the price and ran back and said dont forget his veteran discount. And aftera long pause he rolled his eyes and said it was too larete. How is that i think cuz he just got the price.? I at that time was done and shut my mouth so i didnt say something rude,. They supposedly have revamped the customer service skills .. They have not.. DO BETTER!! Please

Not much to choose from in the wood department. More expensive than "you know who" also.

I go there nearly every day. They're getting better all the time. Still kinda run by the same people even though it's qxo, and it's kept the same good service while improving the stock!
