    Still no joy. Over 6 weeks past the dishwasher first leaking. Had to threaten litigation to even get a call back back. They are still stalling. Assurant, Inc. is the partner that handles protection plans, extended warranties and support services for Lowe's Companies, Inc. they are deep in the middle of this. Lowes Store #0397 Major Dishwasher Install Problem & Lack of Warranty Service Lowe's Companies, Inc. As of this date and time the problem has not been addressed,  To my or my wife's satisfaction. -An extended warranty on an appliance is insurance, if there is a problem it should be repaired or replaced within the warranty period. Timeline: -Bosch Dishwasher leaked after about 4 years, still fully under 5 year warranty. -Appliance Repair Person could not remove dishwasher said it was our problem to remove it. We had originally paid to have Lowe's own installers do the install. -An email back to us from Lowes said our dishwasher was "Improperly installed". -Attempt to return Dishwasher was declined even though improper installation from day one. -So far we had to order a new dishwasher with install cost and a new warranty. -$1200.00 Bill for dishwasher removal after floor demolition and floor repair on ceramic tile. -I will not go into other damage issues here. -Ted Aschenbrenner Manassas Virginia 20109 Keywords Below are appliances products names or contractor terms etc. that could be relevant in doing due diligence on purchasing.     I am writing this review to acknowledge the excellent assistance I received from Hunter Eames and Marshall Silva at the Lowe’s Store #2619 at Keizer Station in Keizer, Oregon. Lowe’s has been our go-to store for home supplies and for our rental business needs for many years. Today, the service we received from Hunter and Marshall was exceptional. They made helpful recommendations, personally went with us to locate the products, and Marshall stayed with us until the heavy items were loaded into my car, which I especially appreciated since I am disabled. These two Sales Specialists truly went above and beyond. Lowe’s continues to be the store I recommend for all your DIY and professional needs.

    Very disappointed with my experience here. I bought a pressure washer from the clearance section and later found out the engine was damaged and the unit would not even start. I completely understand that clearance items may have limited return policies, but there is a big difference between a discounted item and a completely nonfunctional product. What upset me even more was how I was treated when I tried to explain the situation. The store manager was extremely rude and dismissive instead of trying to help resolve the issue professionally. As a contractor with a Pro account, I spend a lot of money with this company and expected better customer service and accountability. If a major retailer is going to sell returned or clearance equipment, it should at least be functional or clearly disclosed as non-working. I’ve honestly had much better treatment and customer service at Home Depot. This experience made me feel completely undervalued as a customer.

    Horrible experience usually workers are amazing but today i pick up a table that i purchase online my phone was about to die and I need the confirmation number all I ask is for a pen before my phone die but the lady in charge of the online orders was on the phone I ask her for a pen and she responded that I have to wait and obviously I can't i told her the reason why I need the pen and she said again with a rude voice wait im with a customer on the phone ...I said imna customer too i been spending thousands of dollars in one week im re doing my house after this incident I don't want to go back Home depo sounds better tho

    Took a sample of my wall in 4 times for paint match and still not even close. Did it once at Home Depot and got it first try. I've been going here for years, but I would get paint somewhere else. Not to mention that they have a discount on paint but apparently it's a rebate to Valspar. I don't think it would kill you to not make that in fine print. Anytime you need something like lumber, or siding taken down they will take about 40 minutes. You guys should have pallets ready to go when you run out. Check your inventory daily. Every single time I need something it's empty, and you stand there for almost an hour waiting for some kid to roll up. The staff is friendly and the returns are easy, but how you get better prices and more product at Home Depot. I am a life long Lowe's guy, but I think I'm going to switch.
