  If you are having financial troubles do not move your stuff here. If you are late they ABSOLUTLEY GOUGE YOU WITH FEES. They did a Lien and charged me 2 different fees INCLUDING A LIEN AFTER 28 DAYS. So basically they doubled the cost because I was less than a month late paying.. and then they tell you that you have to pay cash and cant use a card... When a business tells you they want cash for fees that's usually a sign that there is something going on there that is probably illegal or they are trying to keep it off the books and pocket something. Extremely predatory and suspicious behavior. So I appreciate your response.. but that doesn't change the fact that you punish people who have any kind of financial problems. Following laws and have policies does not make the way you do business less predatory. I do find that your staff has been mostly nice but that doesn't change the fact that putting liens and late fees that damn near double the cost of storage rent being less than 30 days late any better. The issue with not accepting card once you are late seems like disaster in the making.. there are so many scenarios why this is an unfair policy and i would bet this factor has led to many people losing their storage items. With the predatory fees and whatnot this kind of seems like its done on purpose.

  Great rates, good service, only thing I would like to see improved is later hours to access storage units. These hours don't work for everyone
