I had a great experience working with David at Extra Space Storage. I needed to move into a larger garage unit, and David made the whole process easy and straightforward.
He was very knowledgeable, easy to work with, and courteous throughout the entire process. He took the time to provide more than enough information and answer my questions, which made it much easier for me to make an informed decision about choosing Extra Space Storage.

David was very helpful and very friendly with helping me get the unit clear. This placle makes ypu feel secure to leave all your belongings there. They have a lot of cameras and you feel secure while you are in there .

Rats! Stay away from this place. We had so much of our stuff damaged by rats, and came in to find their droppings everywhere. Not only will they raise your rates every couple of months, but they can’t even keep the rats out. Storage unit companies have one job-keep the pests out and this location is incapable of doing so. Beyond that, when we told David about this issue, he shrugged his shoulders and said “This is Oregon, we have animals. Talk to the insurance company.” Zero accountability on his part. We’ve had a number of storage units over the years and this place is by far the worst.
