Soooo getting the product and then to take your money is easy. I should have read the reviews on this location!! I got a new washer and dryer that cost totals over 1,400. They came and installed it on 06/02. I should have known when they called and told me delivery was late due to low staff and he showed up like 1-2 hours outside the 10-3 window. I was working with Alexis during the whole purchasing and delivery. But I understand short staffed and they came and set it up, cool. A few days later I used it and all was going well until it went to drain out the water and started flooding my kitchen. I called back on that day, 06/04 and spoke to a Shelley and I was super nice and understand about it not working properly and she set me up for a service visit Tuesday 06/09 between 10-3pm. I sat home all day on my day off waiting for them. At 3pm when no one called or showed up, I call and get Shelley again, she says “oh my gosh, they are behind, they left a part and had to come back blah blah” I was still understanding and she said they were still coming so I continued to wait around and by 7pm I realized they are not coming and Shelley NEVER called me back. The next day I call and of course Shelley answers and acts shocked they never came. Stating “I thought they came”. How? So now that my work week has started, I can’t be home all day waiting around for them to maybe come so I can’t schedule anything until Tuesday 6/15. She again puts me down from 10-3pm. I got this equipment 06/02 and can’t use it as I’m not flooding out my house and floors due to a malfunctioning washer or bad set up by their team and it’s included in the payment for them to do service! Almost 2 weeks with an item I can’t use. I can back today 06/11 and let them know my husband is actually off 6/12 and 6/13 and ask can they see me sooner- well they don’t do service on Saturday’s and booked Friday. I asked Alexis, who I got today what they can do for me then and gave her the back ground and she said her manager was out “getting parts” and would be back shortly and she would call me back to see what we can do to rectify the bad customer service and lack of equipment. Still being nice and understanding I did okay and waited for a call back all day. Here it is 8pm. No call back from Alexis, or her “manager” and now I’m getting mad. I’m ready to give them back this equipment and just buy a new one. I needed one fast as we were moving from an apartment to a house so I went through them to utilize the 120 day same as cash. But the service has been horrible and I can’t even do laundry! Then they tried to bill me for my first payment. That I will NOT be authorizing until I either have working equipment and or they come pick it up and take it back. I’ll be calling again tomorrow but thought everyone should know as the comments below clearly state how unprofessional they are and how nobody knows anything and it seems to be very true!

Good atmosphere. Helpful funny employees. My visit here was a bit hellarious as it was clear they were there to sell i things but they still made it fun enough it wasnt irritating. Also i did go in knowing what to buy. Reasonable pricing for what i bought too. Aarons is awsome

Bought a full set of Bed and Furniture with "warranty" in December today I had to move to my new place and They said my warranty was expired so they didnt want to move my stuff becuse 1. It expired 2. The guys said their back can get hurt. Dissapointed my Son Arsi Cervantes and I have been clients for years and we got treated dry and rude on the phone by the store manager Abi. I paid 2500 and this is the service We recieve. Just trying to save people some future stress and dont deal with them anymore.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
