I was ready to find a new place to store my stuff after my rate jumped from $40/month to $120/month in a year. I decided to visit the office at this location to ask why and start the move out process. I was lucky enough to be greeted by Lillian who listened to my concerns and explained why my rate increased. She also took time out of her day to find exactly what I was looking for because I needed a bigger unit anyway. She was able to find me exactly what I was looking for a great deal. Customer service like this is so few and far between these days so it was extremely refreshing to do business with Lillian. I’d highly recommend her to any of my family and friends.
