They treat you anything but human & raise your rent to boot. So I found Powell Storage and was able to downsize to a more affordable unit with no worries of them selling out to a big corporation anytime soon. Jeremy made the transition easy, efficient and seamless. No headache switching over. Thank you Jeremy.

My brother's furniture & belongings were moved yesterday and the storage space was exactly the right size! Jeremy was professional, courteous and made sure that I could get into the gate & doors for access. I will definitely recommend Powell Storage to friends & family!

In all the time my stuff was in their care I not only never had a problem, Jeremy and his assistant manager have never given me a reason to wonder if I would have one. Respectful, friendly and accurate in every conversation and transaction. As an aside, their moving van drives like a dream, quite unlike any U-Haul I've ever driven.
