  This will be the first negative review that I have ever posted. My husband and I have been going to Tom for over 10 years. He had always been so helpful and very knowledgeable. We buy all of our chlorine and other pool supplies from him. Today I took one of those bottles of chlorine in to simply ask a question. It was clear and had no “chlorine” smell (every other bottle has a yellowish tint and a very distinct smell). I just wanted to know if it was still okay. He’s the expert, I thought he would just explain to me why it was different (I never said the product was bad, I just stated that it was different than the others throughout the years). Well, that tipped him over the edge. Tom belittled me and raised his voice and was so angry with me that I walked out of his shop in tears. In my fifty years on this earth I have never had another adult treat me the way Tom did. OVER A QUESTION ABOUT CHLORINE. We will never step foot in his establishment again. How disappointing.

  Owner is awesome. Talks fast but gets you in and out without the typical pool shop tomfoolery.

  Tom is the best. Just bought house with pool. He explained everything perfectly. Highly recommend his store!!!
