    I tried to return a product that I bought the day before. it was a hit and miss with it working, and dangerous at that. They tried the product and it worked for them for the moment but told me that it works for me so no you can't return it. Thanks I just lost $35. because it worked for you at the moment. Its put up on the shelf now and I will never buy from DHI again.. you need to believe in your customers!!!

    Just purchased 4x4x10 lumber payed to have cut down 60" to build archery target stands. who ever cut it can't use a tape measure or operate a saw correctly. Or they just don't care about quality. Cuts off from 1/2 to 3/4 inch how pathetic. Now spending time correcting their cut's. To bad I wasn't there to check there work as they cut material. Should not have to. Please train, and audit your employees jobs, make sure they take pride at any job task. Check your work, how lazy. Great store and products just lazy.
