  I rented here at the last minute amidst a very stressful and rushed move, in which I was very low on help. I was moving out of a home I’d been in for 10 years and was somewhat in denial about it, therefore it was not the most organized move either. This made the process take far longer than anticipated and wound up costing me far more than I had anticipated. Because I moved in a rush the unit was not organized in any way ideal. Therefore there was one occasion in which I stayed past closing time of the gate, in which I had been there all day trying to reorganize my unit by myself and had not stopped moving more than twice in a 7-8 hr period. I had lost track of time and the managers (who live on site) acted extremely inconvenienced that I was there about 45 minutes longer than the gate hours despite the fact all that was required of them was to push a button. There was one other occasion on the day I moved the last of my stuff in in which I was there about 20-30 minutes past the gate hrs. At the gate there is a posted sign which reads that if you're in the gate after closing, there is a number to call and you pay a $60 fee to have it opened. I assumed this was the case being that it was posted and chose to stay late, knowing I would pay the fee for the trouble. However when I called the number they had no idea what I was talking about. Therefore on two occasions the managers who live there had to push a button to let me out. These occasions were both right around moving in and considering the circumstances not too unreasonable. Especially considering the posted signage that clearly made it seem acceptable to be late leaving as long as you were willing to pay the fee, which I was. However, the managers decided to evict me for this. Knowing how stressful moving in had just been and how much work I personally had put into the situation and knowing there was honest confusion about the after hrs gate situation. They were extremely unreasonable about this and had no care whatsoever for the circumstances of my situation. Also my belongings were all wet that were directly on the ground. 10/10 do not recommend.

  Not really the best but its ok storage unit went online to get it then they said it was incorrect they do not do 24 hour it closes at 10 pm opens 6am

  The people who own the storage facility are extremely kind and very helpful. I would recommend the storage facility to anyone looking for a good price and a safe place to store your things.
